Account

To create a new account on desktop, simply click "Account" icon at the top right of the page, then select "Create Account." Fill in your details and click "Create." Your registration will be complete.

To create a new account on mobile, go to the menu and click on “Account” which will redirect you to the login page, select “Create Account”, fill in your details and click “Create”. Your registration will be complete.

Creating an account allows you to make wishlists, submit product reviews, check your order history, and enjoy faster checkout.

To subscribe to our newsletter, simply enter your email address in the space provided at the bottom of every page on our website and press ‘enter’.

If you create an account with House of Mila, you'll be automatically added to our mailing list, unless you choose to opt out. Creating an account also allows you to create wishlists, submit product reviews, check your order history, and enjoy a faster checkout.

To receive a 10% discount, click on the pop that appears when you visit houseofmila.co or you can find a small tag on the left that says 10% off. Fill in your details as required and click on “Get the Code” and enjoy 10% off your first purchase. Jewellery

Our Mila jewellery is handcrafted in sterling silver fitted with freshwater pearls and gemstones — some pieces are finished in 18-karat gold.

Gold Vermeil is an affordable option for solid gold. It is made with 925 sterling silver as the base metal with a thick micron layer of minimum 10-karats of gold. Our gold vermeil jewellery is created with a thick micron layer of 18-karat gold.

We don’t offer our basic chains without pendants currently or independently. Please contact our Customer Service Team through care@houseofmila.co for further details.

When you purchase Mila pieces from our official website, an e-certificate of authentication is emailed to you along with your invoice after the successful delivery of your order. If you have not received your certificate or would like more information, our customer service team will be happy to help you.

Jewellery is more than an accessory, it is a means of expression and personal statement. We are happy to answer all your questions so you can own your Mila pieces with 100% love and satisfaction.

We assure that the colours are as precise as possible. Slight variations may occur due to the effects of bright lighting during photography.

Jewellery Care and Repair

Please share the details of the requirements of your repairs with us through care@houseofmila.co. We will examine the scope of work and repairs, and get back to you with a quote and a timeline.

All good things in life must be cared. These three simple guidelines can help you care for your MILA jewellery so it can last a lifetime and beyond:

1. Remove it the end of the day or during strenuous activities to avoid wear & tear.
2. Clean it regularly to maintain the shine and avoid the grime buildup.
3. Store safely in fabric-lined jewellery box or separate pouches to avoid scratches or tangles.

Sterling silver may naturally oxidise over time, creating a unique patina—a darker, greyish tone—enhancing its vintage appeal. Gifting

We would be delighted to do that for you. Mila is not just a gift, it is a promise of love, a promise of heritage and a promise of legacy.

Add a personalised message in our cart page after selecting the complementary gift option on the product page and we will take care of the rest.
In case you forgot to add the message or opting for the complementary gift wrapping, reach out to our Customer Service Team on WhatsApp or through care@houseofmila.co.

We are excited that you received the Gift of Mila. In your email, you will receive the information of your e-gift card and how to avail it.

When you place the order of the Gift Card, the recipient will receive an email containing the Gift Card code and instructions on how to use it. The Gift Card can be availed anytime through for the available value which is deducted from the final billing amount.

Returns and Exchange

Our jewellery is handcrafted by artisan with love and care; while we understand some pieces may require returns, we are not able to provide returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing. Returns & Exchanges will ONLY be accepted if your order is damaged in transit or you have received an incorrect product.

In case your order is damaged in transit or you have received the wrong product you may return them in the exact condition in which they were received (unworn, with original packaging and the barcode tag must not be tampered with).

1. Reach out to our Customer Service team through care@houseofmila.co within 48 hours of receiving your order.

2. To be able to accept your return request, we will the photographs of the damaged/incorrect product enclosed in the email.

3. Once we receive your email, we will take another 24-48 hours to get back to you. Please note that to the Customer Service Team’s discretion to approve your return request.

4. Once approved, our Customer Service Team will arrange for the collection of the damaged/incorrect product.

Once we receive your returned item, it goes through a quality and genuineness check. Once approved, we process the refund which may take upto 10 - 15 business days depending on your mode of payment.

Orders and Payments

We do not offer online reservations and adding a product to your cart doesn’t guarantee its reservation. Your order is confirmed only after you complete the checkout with us.

You can choose to pay via credit card, debit card, wallet, UPI, or net banking. You can also place an order for Cash on Delivery which costs an additional ₹300.

We will inform you of the progress of your order by email. After confirmation of your order, your local carrier will reach out to you to provide an estimated delivery date.

You will then receive a tracking number allowing you to follow the shipment of your order or you can alternatively track the progress of your order in your Maiden of Mila account if you have registered with us.

In order to change or cancel your order, please reach out to us at care@houseofmila.co as soon as possible to ascertain if this is possible.

Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Request you to mindfully place an order with us as each piece is carefully handcrafted.

Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch the same day for all orders placed before 2 PM. However, during busy periods this may take a little longer. You will receive tracking information as soon as your Mila pieces have been dispatched.

There are no additional shipping charges on Standard Delivery, which takes 5-7 business days to deliver. However, Express Shipping, which takes 2-4 business days to deliver, is chargeable only on order below ₹5,000.

It depends on the delivery method you choose during the checkout. If you choose standard delivery, your order will take 5-7 business days to deliver, while with express shipping, it takes 2-4 business days.

Yes, we can’t wait for your Mila pieces to get to you so we offer express shipping. Express Shipping is complimentary on orders above ₹5,000. An additional fee only applies for orders below ₹5,000.

Yes, you can pay cash on delivery with an additional charge of ₹300.
